How To Use PISS OFF+
Remove The Mess.
Use an absorbent towel to soak up the mess—whether it's poop, pee, or puke. Don't rub as it may push the stain deeper into the fabric. Pre-clean acidic vomit or liquid stool prior to treatment with PISS OFF+ to help avoid discoloration of fabrics.
Apply PISS OFF
For best results, make sure PISS OFF+ directly contacts the source of the odor.
- Carpets & Upholstery: Spray a generous amount on the affected area. Let sit for 10 minutes, then blot with a clean cloth. Allow to air dry. If using a carpet cleaner, add 8oz of PISS OFF+ per gallon of tap water directly into the tank.
- Deep Odor Issues: Apply enough PISS OFF+ to saturate the area. Let sit for at least 1 hour. Place a folded towel over the treated area with a weighted object on top to help absorb moisture. Older stains may need more than one application.
- Leather: Spray PISS OFF+ onto a soft cloth and wipe the leather. Allow to dry completely.
- Airborne Odors: Spray PISS OFF+ in the direction of the odor using a sweeping motion.
- Fogging: To deodorize large areas, follow the fogging manufacturer's instructions (32 ounces covers up to 1,250 sq. ft.).
Repeat As Needed

What is Sodium Chlorite and How Does it Work Through Oxidation?
Sodium chlorite, a powerful oxidizing agent, is the primary active ingredient in the PISS OFF+ products. The driving force behind the incredible effectiveness of sodium chlorite is a process called oxidation, which occurs when a substance loses electrons to an oxidizing agent. Sodium chlorite when dispersed in water forms chlorite ions (ClO2-) which can readily accept electrons from other target substances. As the atoms in the target substance lose electrons to the chlorite ions, the chemical bonds within that target substance (predominantly carbon and nitrogen bonds) break down, thus breaking down and oxidizing the overall target substance. In urine for instance, the sodium chlorite can oxidize various chemicals that cause pet urine to have its distinctive smell, including ammonia, sulfur compounds, and uric acid, eliminating those odors at the source.

PISS OFF+ is covered by a United States Patent (patent #11,944,097) and has undergone testing by the EPA. Our formula was classified as a category IV on the EPA toxicity scale for ingestion, dermal and skin contact and inhalation. That means it's practically as safe as water. We are classified as a mild eye irritant (category III) so please be careful. If you do get PISS OFF+ in your eyes, flush for 15 minutes with water. Call your doctor if additional treatment is required.
