I have three cats and one has decided using the litter box is optional. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice until smell started. I have treated the carpet in the corner where the stains and odor were the worst. So far, I have noticed a big improvement in the smell. I’ll be buying another bottle so I can treat the other areas now that I know tit works.
I never received the bottle. It said it was delivered but wasn’t. I tried to find a way to contact you but didn’t.
Took care of all my pee spots on my rug. Love the black light!! Highly recommend

At first, I gave a 1 star review, but only because my bottle had leaked all over & there was nothing left for me to try!!! I emailed them right away & once I verified my damaged goods, they were right on top of sending a replacement!!! I received the replacement very quickly!!! I was surprised at how fast they were!!! Now that I have finally received it & have gotten to try it out, I love it!!! It works wonders!!! Thanks again for such speedy service fixing the mistake!!! I will be ordering again!!!
I wish I would have taken before pictures of my senior cat's FAVORITE piss spots!! But now they are completely gone!! I sprayed them, let them sit, and then came back with the black light. COMPLETELY GONE!! This stuff is amazing!! I've purchased other brands that made promises to get rid of your pet stains and they didn't. This did!! I did wish this came in a larger bottle but I will definitely be purchasing again!! If your on the fence about it, trust me just buy it!
I like the product. The spray nozzle absolutely sucks. It leaks everywhere.
My original review was a 1 star as I never received my order. I tried to reach out to the company via the link in the email but could not get through. I was contacted after my review, and as the delay was not the company’s fault, I amended my review. 4 stars based on customer service alone. I have not received my shipment yet. I will update again when it arrives.

The bottle was leaking a bit when it arrived (I assume via transit). The spray nozzle is a bit loose due possible damage which caused the leak. I can still spray from it, but it’s not as strong of stream and you hs e to try to tighten the spray nozzle again after a few sprays, otherwise it will leak. Despite this, I think I’ll like it. Our kitten happened to pee on the rug after receiving the order and I think it’s helped!
So far as I know, there have been respraying/urinating since starting it a week ago.

I have sent two emails about how my bottle came. The nozzle came broke. And the free little one dripped all in the box.
For some strange reason, our two cats, who always use the litter box, decided to pee in one corner of my husband’s home gym. It might have been a week or more when we discovered it, and I used nature’s miracle, which did get rid of a lot of the smell. Then I saw an ad for PISS OFF and thought I would try it. It did take two generous applications, but I no longer smell the pee at all. I love the little black light because I could see the spots where they had gone. I’m using my nature’s miracle to stop them from spraying there anymore. Apparently it has a citrus scent that cats don’t like. I highly recommend the PISS OFF, and I hope the cats stop peeing there, but if they don’t I know how to deal with it now.
This is the only S#%T that actually works! I have been through so many brands that claim does take away all of the smell but they never do. I watched the videos on the How To page and followed it step by step. Low and behold, my piss smell and stain were gone. Trust me, you'll love this too.
This stuff is great! Smells so little I only noticed it right at first. Cleans a lot better than many enzyme type cleaners. The only thing that made me do less than 5 stars is that the pump while perfect for the amount of mist it sprays it leaks and is very hard to hold and spray with one hand as it unscrews as I pump. The product is totally 5 stars other wise
I just sprayed it so no idea how it works, but the Trigger sucks, when I am squeezing the trigger the product runs on to my fingers. I know how to use a spray bottle cause I clean for a living so it is NOT user error. It is a horrible trigger sprayer.
I have 3 rescue pups and 11, yes 11, rescue kitties. Your product not only works, it's actually affordable for those of us who struggle with vet bills, food and cleaning solutions. Plus, you actually offer more than just a teeny tiny bottle! I would recommend this to anyone with furbabies!
Overall is a very good product, not sure he can handle severe stains and smells.

The box was wet & soggy when I got it in my mailbox!!! The entire bottle broke open & leaked completely out!!! 😞👎🏻
This stuff is AMAZING!! When they say it works, they ain't lying!! It comes with a little black light and you can watch your stain vanish right before your eyes!! I do wish it came in a larger bottle, but i will definitely be ordering more!!
